Timothy Ishii is an experienced litigator at all levels of trial work in the Middle Tennessee area. Mr. Ishii has successfully appealed cases from trial level to the Tennessee Supreme Court. After graduating from The Citadel in 1979, Mr. Ishii served with the 101st Airborne Division until paralyzed in a troop accident. After attending graduate school at Vanderbilt University, Mr. Ishii graduated from Nashville School of Law.
Mr. Ishii is admitted to practice before all Tennessee trial courts, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court, and the federal district court for Middle Tennessee.

Susan Lyell Young practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense, wills and probate. She defends those accused of misdemeanors and felonies appearing in both the General Sessions and Criminal Courts in the counties of Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford and Robertson extending throughout Middle Tennessee.
